I've been using Advanced Gas for several years to install boilers and service my rented properties as well as my own home. The engineering and office staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are all very efficient and reliable. Today I have had a NEST thermostat fitted by Chris. He was very respectful, friendly and efficient. He also took the time to explain the system to me. I would definitely recommend this Company.

Matty replaced the Immersion Heater while we were waiting for a new boiler to be fitted so that we had hot water. Mark and Liam fitted the boiler, they were all very professional and respectful of our property. This is the second boiler we have had fitted (one at my In- Laws house) and we would highly recommend this company.
14/07/2020The persons who installed our new central heating boiler, radiator valves and cupula were efficient, considerate, tidy and helpful. They obeyed the Covid guidelines for working indoors and outdoors. We have had no problems with the job and are very pleased with the improved working of the new system. The functioning of the new system was well explained. We have had two jobs done previously and would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Gas Services.

4 May 2016Would like to say what fantastic service this company give right from the start. John visited us with a prompt visit and quote. After we decided to pick this company the date organised for the work was just a week after the visit. We had a whole new heating system put in with new boiler, radiators and pipes. Mark who was the workman for the job along with his assistant were very tidy, organised and couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

21 July 2015I am compelled to put on record the excellent service afforded me today, by Peter Jennison.
His explanations of everything he was doing, the boiler components and their function, his honesty in describing the likely situation for the problems I have been experiencing with the boiler, and what I could look for in the future, was 'old fashioned service' at its very best.
I was so impressed, and thankful, with his manner and service, that I felt very happy In offering him £10 in appreciation, but he flatly refused this, saying it was not his practice to accept such gestures.
Peter is a marvellous ambassador for your company and I can assure you that I will have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Advance Gas to anyone, in the future - in fact, I am the Co-ordinator of a 55 member Neighbourhood Watch group, and we keep a list of tradesmen our members can vouch for. Advanced Gas goes straight on that list, from today.
There is no need to reply to this letter, but please accept my thanks for the kind of service I thought had disappeared forever, barring a few exceptions. Advanced Gas Is definitely one of those exceptions.
